自由車環島活動前后血中離子變化研究

本研究的目的在於:一了解運動後血中各離子變化情形:二探討運動後血中各離子變化的可能原因。三從結果中提出具體建議。本研究受試者計十六名(3女、男),於活動出發前與結束前實施空腹抽血,進行檢驗,所得資料經過相依樣本t考驗,顯著水準小於.05分析經過二週自由車環島活動後血中離子變化如下:一運動後血中鈉、氯離子顯著下降,P<.001。二運動後血中鉀離子顯著上升,P<.001。三運動後血中鎂、鋅離並未改變。

(2) to monitor mechanism of serum electrolytes during bicycle touring. (3) to add to the current body of knowledge monitor to give bicycle touring, recommendation. Three females and thirteen males from the R.O.C. volunteered for this study. Beforethe start of the bicycle tour and after the 1300 km around the island trip a fasting sample of venous blood was obtained. Data was analyzed using a dependent T-test at the .05 significance level. The results were as follow: 1. There was a significant decrease in serum sodium and chloride. (p<.001) 2. A significant increase in serum potassium was noted. (p<.001) 3. No change was noted in either serum magnesium or serum zinc. (p<.05)
